bismillah

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ

Qul aAAoothu birabbi a(l)nnas(i)

Say you-SW: I-SW seek refuge with the Rabb-SWT of the mankind.

(114:1)

مَلِكِ النَّاسِ

Maliki a(l)nnas(i)

The King-SWT of mankind.

(114:2)

إِلَهِ النَّاسِ 

Ilahi a(l)nnas(i)

The Rabb-SWT of mankind.

(114:3)

مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ 

Min sharri alwaswasi alkhannas(i)

From the mischief of the sneaking whisperer.

(114:4)

الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ 

Allathee yuwaswisu fee sudoori a(l)nnas(i)

Who whispers into the breasts of mankind.

(114:5)

مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ 

Mina aljinnati wa alnnas(i).

Whether of jinn or of mankind.

(114:6)

In The Name of Allah-SWT the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful
SECRETS OF REVELATION:

Say (O' Prophet-SW)! I-SW seek refuge with the Rabb-SWT of mankind, the Real Sovereign and the True Monarch of everyone; against the whisperer unto the hearts of people, whether he be of the Jinn, or mankind who, due to constant obedience to Satan, also acquire his traits.

Labid bin 'Asim, a Jew stole some sacred hair of the Holy Prophet-SW, tied these in knots around the teeth of a comb and buried the comb under a stone in an abandoned well. The Holy Prophet-SW was taken ill. Informed through revelation, he-SW had the comb recovered from the well. It is then that these two Surahs (al-Falaq and an-Nas) were revealed and with each Ayah a knot was untied and the Holy Prophet-SW recovered. So through him-SW, his-SW entire Ummah has been blessed with a perfect formula for protection and cure against all forms of witchcraft and magical manipulations. Now whenever the Holy Prophet-SW felt indisposed, he-SW would recite these Surahs, blow on his-SW hands and rub them over his-SW entire body.
